That's a fabulous photo. I especially liked hearing about your boon docking experience on the dock with the fisher-persons' trucks and such. I hope I can be that brave when I'm out on the open road. I'm always paranoid about cops and guards and thieves in the night.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Rich. As I recall one of your summah jobs was to be a cop at Old Orchard Beach. I even have a photo of you in uniform. My guess is cops these day have more to worry about than seeing an obviously fine-looking vehicle, and not an Electric Acid CoolAid Bus, parked, lights out, and silently not disturbing anyone than in those earlier days before they heard the Chief’s talk on being caretakers of the peace and not in it to raise fear in otherwise innocent citizens. Worry less; you’ll enjoy it more.
